FAQ
Is macOS supported?
Yes — macOS 10.15+ (Apple Silicon / Intel). Download the DMG and drag it into Applications, or grab Zipoly.app.zip and run it directly; the first launch requires right-click → Open to bypass Gatekeeper.
How big is the installer? Does it need internet?
Under 10 MB. Neither installation nor daily use requires an internet connection — model data never leaves your machine.
The app won't launch or my antivirus blocks it
On Windows, if Defender SmartScreen appears on first run, click "More info" → "Run anyway"; for third-party antivirus, whitelist Zipoly. If problems persist, run Tool Diagnostics under System Settings.
Linux reports missing dependencies?
Debian/Ubuntu: sudo apt-get install libwebkit2gtk-4.1-0 libgtk-3-0; Fedora: sudo dnf install webkit2gtk4.1 gtk3. See Troubleshooting.
How does the free tier differ from a license?
Identical features — the difference is file size and batch: free handles 20MB per file (5MB textures), one at a time; licensed raises this to 500MB with unlimited batching. The viewer, screenshots and operation log are free forever.
