Zipoly follows a Freemium model: the free tier is available forever, with no time limit. When you need to process larger files or run batch jobs, purchase a license to unlock everything.

Personal Plans (Windows / Linux / macOS GUI)
Every personal plan includes all features: 500MB files, batch processing, everything unlocked. Upgrade from an active Trial to Yearly and the ¥15 is fully credited (you pay only ¥64) — for long-term use, Yearly is the better deal: 5.3 months of Trial already costs more than a year.
Team Edition (private-deployment REST API)
Tiered by seats — every tier has identical features, only team size differs:

- Add-on seats ¥99 / seat / year; moving up a whole tier is usually cheaper than buying seats one by one;
- The ¥999 cap means even large teams pay at most ¥100 / seat / year — no price increase as you grow;
- All tiers come with invoices and contracts; Enterprise adds remote support with priority response; multi-site / group deployments — contact us for a custom quote.
License Promises
- Free device migration: Trial / Yearly licenses include 1 free migration every 365 days;
- Declining migration fee for Lifetime: the longer you've owned it, the cheaper the migration — from ¥29 down by ¥5 per year, capped at ¥9 (see License Terms below);
- Discounted renewal: renew Yearly at 10% off.

License keys are non-refundable once activated; completing the trial and purchasing constitutes acceptance of the license terms.
How to Purchase
The purchase page opens from inside the desktop app — keys are issued automatically, no manual processing:
- Open the Account page in the app and click "Open Purchase Page" (the buy button in the size-limit dialogs works too) — the link carries your Device ID and an anti-forgery code automatically
- Pick a plan, fill in your contact info, and pay by scanning the WeChat QR code
- Your license key is issued automatically after payment — copy it with one click
- Paste the key into the input box on the Account page — it activates automatically
🛡️ The official purchase page only opens from inside the desktop app (typing its URL in a browser brings you back to this page) — that's an anti-phishing measure. See "Official Channels & Anti-Phishing" below.
Official Channels & Anti-Phishing
Before paying anywhere, verify these four anti-forgery markers — cloned phishing pages cannot satisfy all of them:
- The only entry point is inside the app: the official purchase page is opened by the desktop app and carries a device-bound verification code automatically. Any "purchase link" typed into a browser or sent to you in a chat window is not official — the real page redirects bare visits back here.
- Official domains only: docs at
zipoly.raychart.cn, purchase atzipoly-license.raychart.cn. Anything else is a clone. - Pay only in the official WeChat checkout: scanning the QR code opens WeChat Pay's official interface. We never ask for personal transfers, friend-request payments, or red packets, and never send "discount links" or "top-up links" via private messages.
- Keys are one-per-machine: official keys start with
DESKTOP-and are bound to your Device ID. "Universal keys", "master activation codes", or "shared cheap keys" are counterfeit or pirated.

Compression-as-a-Service
💡 Don't want to do it yourself? Send us your model — ¥50 per model, compressed and sent back. Compressing more than 2 models? A yearly license is already the better deal

License Terms
One key per machine: the key is bound to the hardware ID captured at purchase — one key activates one device.
Device migration (reinstall / hardware change): no repurchase needed. Lifetime migration fee declines the longer you've owned the license (tenure counted from the original purchase date, never reset by migrations):

- Trial / Yearly: 1 free migration every 365 days;
- Migration covers your own device changes only — it is not a license transfer; stop using the key on the old device after migrating.
Expiry & renewal: after a Yearly license expires only the free-tier per-file size limit returns (viewer and other features are unaffected); renewal is 10% off. Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase and never expire.
Refunds: license keys are non-refundable once activated. The free tier and the 30-day Trial already provide a full evaluation path — please make sure Zipoly fits your needs before purchasing.

FAQ
How long can I use the free tier?
Forever — no time limit and no disabled features. The only limits are per-file size (20MB, textures 5MB) and no batch processing. The 3D viewer, screenshots and operation log are unlimited and free.
How many computers does one license cover?
One key binds one device (one key, one device). For multiple machines, choose the Team edition licensed by seats, or follow the migration rules to move devices.
What happens after reinstalling or switching computers?
No repurchase needed: Trial/Yearly include 1 free migration every 365 days; Lifetime migration starts at ¥29 and declines yearly to a ¥9 floor — see "License Notes" above.
Do you offer refunds?
Keys are non-refundable once activated. The free tier is available forever and the ¥15/30-day Trial unlocks everything — please evaluate first.
How do I buy the Team edition?
